The annual Deerfield Riverfest returns to Charlemont, Massachusetts August 1 and 2. Organized by Zoar Outdoor, Berkshire East, and American Whitewater, the event includes a weekend of community paddling trips on the Deerfield River, plus paddling clinics, gear demos, and more. The highlight of the weekend is the party at Berkshire East that begins at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday and features live music, games, vendors, food, and drink. The event also features a silent auction, with proceeds benefiting river conservation.
