SUMMARY:Guided Hike & Yoga - Green Mountain Club
DESCRIPTION:Waterbury\, Vermont – Join us for an invigorating morning hike and an easy therapeutic yoga class post-hike at the Green Mountain Club’s Visitor Center. We’ll hike the Stowe Pinnacle Trail to the overlook\, a moderate 3.2-mile round trip hike with 1600 feet of elevation gain. The trail is rated between moderate and difficult\, and will keep a 2ish mph pace. For a link to information about the trail\, please click here. Please bring plenty of water\, sun protection\, and trekking poles. After hiking\, we’ll return to the Visitor Center for a 1.5-hour Restorative yoga practice\, which is a gentle and contemplative form of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation and rejuvenation. \n\n\n\nLearn more here.
